A/N: Meehhhh... I was soo happy to get an idea for a general topic to connect all prompts yesterday and then we get such a prompt today. :/ Juggled with it for about 4 hours (with a short re-watch of Granada's Silver Blaze), until I managed to find a way to integrate it with my overall topic and then to write it.
But I am not really happy with it...

Let's see what I can make out of the next prompts to get a better grip on it; want to connect all once again.

For the timeline - this prompt starts something like a second part to my overall topic and the first prompt belongs to the first part (may also be the start of it, I am not sure yet).

I believe I am going to make a chronological Master Post within the next few days to more easily follow the connection of the prompts...

But now have fun reading this little tidbit.

Btw, the mentioned article was a headline of today's online version of The Guardian (UK). Just needed something to put in here. :)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"We are leaving."
John looks up from his newspaper and watches surprised how Sherlock puts on his coat and strides towards the door.
"We what?" John asks and Sherlock sighs profoundly, while turning around to look at him. "We - are - leaving. Dartmoor. Murder. Horse. Now."
John just blinks, still sitting at the table with their breakfast and Sherlock rolls his eyes. He jumps over the bloody trunk (John dares not to ask where Sherlock got that), rips the newspaper from his hands and then pulls on John's arm to get him up.
"Really, John, try to keep up. If not with me than at least with the current news, especially as you were just holding today's newspaper and reading the article about the funds for some kind of medieval manor, which was directly besides the newest information about the disappearance of Silver Blaze, a running horse and the murder of it's trainer.
It's been in the news for the last week and it is high time I got there to help Inspector Gregory, who so far has been unable to find the horse nor the murderer.
So as I said - we are leaving."
While talking Sherlock pushed John to the door, got him his jacket and then continued to push him down the stairs.
John is silently allowing himself to be jostled and listens to Sherlock's unstopped tirade over useless police officers, which keeps up beyond their house and into the cab drive.
There is no use interrupting or asking any questions, as Sherlock is not in the mood for that, so John will have to wait to get any answers until later.
But until then, John is quite happy to feel a tingle of warmth in his chest.
Sherlock might have pulled and pushed him around to do as he wish, but John easily noticed that Sherlock was careful to not cause him any pain with his hurt leg.
Sherlock may not say it out loud, but John learns fast, that Sherlock shows that he cares about you.
And in John's eyes, that is even worth more.
