The door bursts open suddenly, hitting the wall and John bolts upright, suprised by the noise. Sherlock enters the hospital room with long strides and a scowl on his face.

"Sherlock?" John asks uncertaintly, watching as Sherlock prowls from one side of the room to the other. "What's the matter?"
"What's the matter," Sherlock parrots with a growl. "The matter is that the whole world has gone mad!"

John blinks bemused and leans back in bed, waiting for Sherlock to explain what he means.

"Mycroft has not left me alone for the last few days, Mrs. Hudson has not left me alone for the last few days, Lestrade has-"

"-not left you alone for the last few days," John interrupts, but receives such a dark look that he lifts his hands in surrender.

"Then there are also this confounded comments."
"Comments?" John asks and Sherlock throws himself into the chair besides the bed.

"Yes, comments - on your blog and on mine. Even though different user names were used I am pretty sure they are all from the same person.
This person also tried to use different word choices and ways of writing to imply that more than one person is involved.

Some of the posts describe isolated happenings, stupid little things not worse investigating.
But most posts are connected and seem to illude to one major occurence.

There were hints all over the posts, weird sounds, sightings, obscure descriptions of places in London even I had diffculty to find.
Nevertheless, I was able to find those places - interviewed the people mentioned, but nothing can be found about this C.R.A.C.K."

John cocks his head questiongly. "The what?"
"The C.R.A.C.K.," Sherlock repeats and waves one hand. "I was able to find a hidden message, a coded word, inside of the comments and I got the letters c, r, a, c, k.
I assume it must stand for something, but I do not know what as yet.

These comments... one the one side they appear like the most dumb and craziest things even Anderson would not be able to come up with.
On the other side... there must be something behind them..."

Sherlock falls silent, thinking again and John rests his chin on his fist, a small smile tugging at his lips.
Sherlock may appear angry, but John can see that he is intrigued by this mystery - proven by the fact that this is the first time Sherlock even came to the hospital in four days.

Out of the corner of his eyes he looks to the hidden laptop in the bedside cabinet which he asked Mycroft to get for him.
Maybe he really should make an abbreviation out of the word, Sherlock does need a positive reinforcement after all.

John's smile turns into a smug grin as he thinks about the various user names he still has in petto, Crazy Cat Lady the next one on his list.
No better way to engage one of the greatest minds to starve off boredom than with the silliest notion of manhood - crack.

*Smiles along with John at the thought of Sherlock jumping through all these hoops to find the elusive "C.R.A.C.K."* So thoughtful of John to keep Sherlock entertained while John's the one in the hospital. That's a true friend! :D
