A/N: The song I choose is "Tears of an Angel" by RyanDan - one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. All their songs are great, it was difficult to choose one. :)

Sherlock closes his eyes, his chin resting on his violin and he starts to caress the instrument, producing a wonderful and sad melody.

He remembers the pity in the doctor's voice, he remembers the hidden looks of compassion from the nurses.

He remembers the sun disappering behind clouds and rain falling from the sky like tears.

He remembers the night when he finally broke down, first begged and then forbid John to leave.

He remembers not saying goodbye once.

The melody dances through the air, the wind carrying it to the sky.
When he finishes, silence falls around him.

"That was beautiful," a hushed voice whispers and Sherlock opens his eyes to look at John, sitting opposite him in his wheelchair surrounded my lively green bushes.
A gush of wind blows leaves to dance around him and the braches move so rays of sunshine can reach them in their little hidden place.

"What is it about?" John asks, his voice low and full of admiration.
And Sherlock simply answers. "You."
